野生牡丹种子蛋白质谱带的比较研究

【摘要】 利用SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对野生牡丹7个种10个居群的蛋白质谱带进行研究,并采用聚类分析法对其种子蛋白质谱带的不相似程度进行分析。结果表明:野生牡丹的种子蛋白质谱带具有种水平的特异性,同一野生种不同居群间蛋白质谱带差异明显;革质花盘亚组的四川牡丹、稷山牡丹、杨山牡丹亲缘关系较近,而紫斑牡丹3个不同的居群差异明显;肉质花盘亚组狭叶牡丹、黄牡丹、紫牡丹可聚为一大类,但种间蛋白质谱带差异较大,超过了革质花盘亚组的种间蛋白差异程度,应作为种来单独分类。

【Abstract】 SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the protein bands of 10 populations of 7 species of wild peony, and cluster analysis was used to analyze the degree of dissimilarity of their seed protein bands. The results showed that the seed protein bands of wild peonies exhibited species level specificity, and there were significant differences in protein bands between different populations of the same wild species; The genetic relationships of P. decomposita, P. jishannis, and P. ostii in the sub group of leathery flower plates are relatively close, while the differences among the three different populations of purple spotted peony are significant; The fleshy flower disc subgroup of P. potaninii, P. lutea, and P. delavayii can be clustered into a large group, but there are significant differences in protein bands between species, exceeding the degree of protein differences between the leathery flower disc subgroup. Therefore, they should be classified separately as species.
