【Abstract】 The process of preparing p-bromomethylbenzoic acid from p-methylbenzoic acid using bromine as brominating agent was studied.The method of bromination of bromine and hydrogen peroxide was studied, which improved the utilization efficiency of bromine atom.The influence conditions of the two methods, such as solvent type, reaction temperature, raw material ratio and initiator type, were explored respectively.The optimal reaction conditions were determined, and p-bromomethyl benzoic acid was obtained with high yield.更多还原
