【摘要】 [目的]探究洋桔梗在东北地区穗条冬季扦插繁殖的可行性。[方法]以秋季成熟洋桔梗嫩枝作插条，于东北不加温温室内进行不同扦插部位（上部、中部、基部）的扦插育苗试验。[结果]在不加温温室内洋桔梗插穗能生根成活并越冬，上部插穗成活率和生根率均最高，分别达到89.91%和79.26%。[结论]该方法可在来年春季早期生产中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to explore the feasibility of winter stem cutting propagation of Eustoma grandiflorum in the Northeast region. [Method] Using autumn mature young branches of E. grandiflorum as cuttings,experiments were conducted on different cutting parts(upper,middle,and base)in a warm room in Northeast China. [Result] The results showed that E. grandiflorus could survive the winter,the survival rate of upper cuttings and the rooting rate were the highest. [Conclusion] The utility model could be popularized and used in the production.更多还原
