【摘要】 目的：探讨结直肠癌化疗期间使用手套式粗盐袋热敷防治奥沙利铂引起的周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法：选取2022年1月1日至12月31日于江西省肿瘤医院消化肿瘤内科住院的化疗患者200例，按病区分为对照组和试验组各100例，两组均采用FOLFOX化疗方案治疗，对照组按常规护理方式，试验组在此基础上采取手套式粗盐袋热敷疗法，比较两组在完成2个疗程化疗后周围神经毒性的发生情况和化疗药物周围神经毒性生活质量问卷20(EORTC QLQ-CIPN 20)量表评分情况。结果：试验组周围神经毒性发生率（54%）低于对照组（73%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预后两组患者EORTC QLQ-CIPN 20得分均低于干预前，且试验组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论：手套式粗盐袋热敷能预防及降低奥沙利铂所产生的周围神经损伤毒副作用，改善患者的生活质量，提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of glove salt pack hot compress on the prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin induced peripheral neurotoxicity during colorectal cancer chemotherapy. Methods : A total of 200 patients admitted to the Department of Digestive Oncology of Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the inpatient ward areas, with 100 cases each groiup. Both groups were treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy. The control group received routinr nursing care,and on this basis, the intervention group received extra glove-style salt bag compress therapy. After 2 courses of chemotherapy,the occurrence of posterior peripheral neurotoxicity and the score of EORTC QLQ-CIPN 20 scale of peripheral neurotoxicity were compared between the two groups. Results : The incidence and severity of peripheral neurotoxicity was lower in the intervention group(54%) than that in the control group(73%), with statistical significance(P<0.05). After intervention,the scores of EORTC QLQ-CIPN 20 scale of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and it was lower in intervention group than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0. 001). Conclusion : Glove salt bag hot compress can prevent and reduce the toxic side effects of peripheral nerve injury caused by oxaliplatin, improve the quality of life of patients and the therapeutic effect.更多还原
