FHL1在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的调控机制研究进展
Research progress on the regulatory mechanism of FHL1 in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors
【摘要】 4个半LIM结构域蛋白1(Four and a half LIM domains protein 1,FHL1)属于LIM-only家族成员之一,通过LIM结构域与其他蛋白相互作用,在转录调节、细胞运动和细胞增殖等功能中发挥重要作用,而且与肺癌、乳腺癌、胃肠道肿瘤、膀胱癌等多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。已有研究证实,FHL1在肌肉发育、肌病和心血管疾病中的重要性。本文综述了FHL1在多种肿瘤发生发展中的作用,旨在为临床寻找新型的生物标记物和药物作用靶点提供思路。
【Abstract】 Four and a half LIM domains protein 1(FHL1),one of the LIM-only family members, plays an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell movement and cell proliferation by interacting with other proteins through LIM domain. It is also closely related to the occurrence and development of various tumors such as lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, bladder cancer, etc. Previous studies have confirmed the importance of FHL1 in muscle development, myopathy, and cardiovascular diseases. This review summarizes the role of FHL1 in the tumorigenesis of different kinds of tumors, aiming to provide some ideas on potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets clinically.
