【Abstract】 Four and a half LIM domains protein 1(FHL1),one of the LIM-only family members, plays an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell movement and cell proliferation by interacting with other proteins through LIM domain. It is also closely related to the occurrence and development of various tumors such as lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, bladder cancer, etc. Previous studies have confirmed the importance of FHL1 in muscle development, myopathy, and cardiovascular diseases. This review summarizes the role of FHL1 in the tumorigenesis of different kinds of tumors, aiming to provide some ideas on potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets clinically.更多还原
