【摘要】 目的 观察贝蒌散结舒乳汤治疗痰瘀互结型乳腺病的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析120例痰瘀互结型乳腺病患者，每组60例。对照组口服乳癖消治疗，治疗组口服贝蒌散结舒乳汤治疗。观察2组患者的中医证候积分、乳房疼痛积分、触痛积分、彩色多普勒影像学检查评分。结果 经治疗后治疗组乳房疼痛积分、触痛积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组彩色多普勒影像学检查评分对此，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组中医证候积分改善、综合疗效及中医症状评分疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于痰瘀互结型乳腺病，贝蒌散结舒乳汤活血及疏肝行气优于乳癖消，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Beilou Sanjie Shuru decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type. Methods 120 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type were analyzed retrospectively, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group took Rupixiao orally, while patients in the treatment group were treated with Beilou Sanjie Shuru decoction orally. The TCM syndrome score, breast pain score, tenderness score and color Doppler imaging score of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the improvement of breast pain score and tenderness score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in color Doppler imaging scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The improvement of TCM syndrome score, comprehensive curative effect and TCM symptom score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For hyperplasia of mammary gland of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type, Beilou Sanjie Shuru decoction is superior to Rupixiao in promoting blood circulation, soothing the liver and promoting qi, which is worth popularizing in clinic.更多还原
