【摘要】 胆汁反流性胃炎为临床常见消化系统疾病，为多种原因引起十二指肠内容物(包括胆汁、胰液等)反流入胃而导致的胃黏膜炎症反应，在中医学中属于“胃脘痛、嘈杂、痞满、胆瘅、呕苦”等范畴，并且临床上以肝胃不和型最为常见，其反复发作对患者的生活质量影响较大。文章就近年来中西医在发病机制、临床诊断及治疗等方面对肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎的相关研究进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bile reflux gastritis is a common digestive system disease in clinic, which causes gastric mucosal inflammation caused by duodenal contents(including bile, pancreatic fluid, etc.) flowing back into the stomach for a variety of reasons. In traditional Chinese medicine, it belongs to the categories of “epigastric pain”, “gastric upset”, “fullness”, “bile pyretic” and “bitter vomiting”. Its recurrence has a great impact on the quality of life of patients. This paper reviewed the relevant studies on bile reflux gastritis of liver and stomach disharmony in recent years.更多还原
