【摘要】 目的 观察颈部脊髓损伤后低氧血症患者的六经证候分部，为探讨其分布规律进而以六经辨证指导此病的诊疗。方法 选择2019年7月—2021年12月收治于河南省洛阳正骨医院(河南省骨科医院)重症医学科的颈髓损伤后低氧血症患者共110例，通过设计的颈部脊髓损伤后低氧血症六经证候调查表，采集患者六经证候信息，采用Excel建立患者信息数据库，使用PASW 18.0对患者证候采用频次描述、聚类分析等统计学方法进行研究。结果 110例患者中症状分布前5位依次为：汗出、项痛、口苦、身疼痛、水饮舌象、口渴、大便难、发热、少神欲寐、胸胁满；结合聚类分析结果，颈部脊髓损伤后低氧血症患者的主要六经证候类型为：太阴、少阴合病夹饮，厥阴病，太阳、阳明合病夹瘀，少阳、阳明合病夹瘀。结论 应用聚类分析方法研究颈部脊髓损伤后低氧血症患者的六经证候及分布规律，可为六经辨治过程提供相对标准的数据支撑，也为此病的中医药辨治提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the six-channels syndromes distribution of hypoxemia after cervical spinal cord injury, and to guide the diagnosis and treatment of this disease by using six-channels syndrome differentiation. Methods A total of 110 cases of hypoxemia after cervical spinal cord injury were collected in Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital from July 2018 to December 2021. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were collected by a designed questionnaire and then the database of six-channel syndromes were established. Descriptive analysis and systematic clustering were applied to study and analyze the characteristics of syndromes of patients with hypoxemia after cervical spinal cord injury. Results The top 5 symptoms in 110 patients were sweating, neck pain, bitter mouth, body pain, water and tongue image. According to the results of cluster analysis, the main six syndrome types of patients with hypoxemia after cervical spinal cord injury were Taiyin and Shaoyin combined disease with fluid, Jueyin disease, Taiyang and Yangming combined disease with blood stasis, Shaoyang and Yangming combined disease with blood stasis. Conclusion The application of cluster analysis can not only provide data support for the classification of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of hypoxemia after cervical spinal cord injury, but also provide a reference for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
