【摘要】 目的 考察银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂、复方鲜竹沥液镇咳作用。方法 建立浓氨水和枸橼酸引咳模型，检测咳嗽次数和咳嗽潜伏期，考察该4种中成药镇咳作用。结果 浓氨水试验表明，给药3、5、7 d后，与模型组相比，该4种中成药均能显著减少咳嗽次数(P<0.001),银马组和肺力咳组均能显著延长咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.001),桔贝组和鲜竹沥液组分别在5 d和7 d显著延长咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.01)。枸橼酸试验表明，与模型组相比，该4种中成药均能有效减少咳嗽次数和延长潜伏期(P<0.05)。4种药物的镇咳作用均呈时效关系，银马解毒颗粒和肺力咳合剂的镇咳作用强度相当。结论 该4种药物均具有镇咳作用，银马解毒颗粒的镇咳作用呈量效和时效关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relieving cough effect of Yinma Jiedu granules, Feilike mixture, Jubei mixture and compound Xianzhuli liquid. Methods The cough induced model of ammonia and citric acid was established, the cough frequency and cough latency were detected, and the antitussive effect of the 4 proprietary Chinese medicines was investigated. Results Concentrated ammonia water test showed that after 3, 5 and 7 days of administration, compared with the model group, the four kinds of patent Chinese medicines could significantly reduce the number of cough(P<0.001), Yinma group and Feilike group could significantly prolong the cough latency(P<0.001), orange shell group and fresh bamboo leek group could significantly prolong the cough latency(P<0.01) at 5 and 7 days, respectively. The citric acid test showed that compared with the model group, the four kinds of patent Chinese medicines could effectively reduce the cough frequency and prolong the incubation period(P<0.05). The antitussive effects of the four drugs were all time-related, and the antitussive effects of Yinma Jiedu granule and Feilike mixture were similar. Conclusion Yinma Jiedu granule, Feilike mixture, Jubei mixture and compound Xianzhuli liquid both have certain relieving cough effect. The relieving cough effect of Yinma Jiedu granules showed the relationship between dose-effect and aging.更多还原
