【摘要】 原发性三叉神经痛是一种神经性疾病，严重影响着患者生理、心理健康。此文总结近年来原发性三叉神经痛中西医发病机制及中西医治疗进展，归纳出临床常用的中西医治疗方法。西医临床采用药物、手术治疗；中医临床采用中药、针刺、艾灸、推拿、穴位埋线或其他联合疗法。临床根据患者病情选择最佳治疗方案，但中西医治疗后缓解率、复发率、并发症等难以控制，如何改进以上问题有待进一步探究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary trigeminal neuralgia is a neurological disorder that seriously affects the physical and psychological health of patients. This article summarizes the progress of Chinese and Western medical mechanisms and treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia in recent years, and summarizes the commonly used Chinese and Western medical treatment methods in clinical practice. Western medicine uses drugs and surgery, traditional Chinese medicine medicineuses herbs, acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, acupuncture points or other combined therapies. The best treatment plan is selected clinically according to the patient’s condition, but the remission rate, recurrence rate and complications are difficult to control after traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, and how to improve the above problems needs to be further explored.更多还原
