【摘要】 目的 探索六味地黄丸对年轻子宫切除术后患者卵巢及免疫功能的影响。方法 将收治的123例患者作为研究对象，随机分成A、B、C组各41例；3组均行腹腔镜子宫切除术，A组术后口服六味地黄丸，B组口服戊酸雌二醇，C组不使用药物；比较3组患者治疗前后更年期症状、卵巢和免疫功能变化及不良反应情况。结果 术后6个月，3组患者Kupperman评分、FSH、LH值均较术前升高（P<0.05）,C组较A、B组升高明显（P<0.05）,但A和B组升高差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;E₂值较术前降低，C组降低较A、B组明显（P<0.05）;但A、B组降低差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。A组患者CD3⁺、CD4⁺及CD4⁺/CD8⁺较术前稍升高，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;B、C组则下降，C比B组下降明显（P<0.05）。药物不良反应B组高于A组（P<0.05）。结论 六味地黄丸可替代雌激素类药物用于年轻子宫切除术后患者的治疗，可有效改善更年期症状和卵巢功能，提高机体免疫力，安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on ovarian and immune function of young patients after hysterectomy. Methods 123 patients were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, with 41 cases in each. All three groups underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy, group A was given Liuwei Dihuang pill orally, group B was given estradiol valerate orally, and group C was given no drugs. The changes of menopausal symptoms, ovarian and immune functions and adverse reactions in 3 groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Six months after surgery, Kupperman score, FSH and LH values in 3 groups were increased compared with those before surgery（P<0.05）, group C was significantly increased compared with group A and B（P<0.05）, but there was no significant difference between group A and B（P>0.05）. The E₂ value in group C was significantly lower than that in groups A and B（P<0.05）, but there was no significant difference between group A and B（P>0.05）. CD3⁺, CD4⁺ and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ in group A were slightly higher than before operation, but the differences were not significant（P>0.05）. Group B and C decreased, and group C decreased significantly than group B（P<0.05）. Adverse drug reaction in group B was higher than that in group A（P<0.05）. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill can replace estrogen drugs for the treatment of young patients after hysterectomy, which can effectively improve the menopausal symptoms and ovarian function, improve the body immunity, with high safety.更多还原
