【Abstract】 Multiple system atrophy is a degenerative disease of the nervous system. The clinical manifestations are autonomic dysfunction, Parkinson’s syndrome, cerebellar ataxia and other symptoms, and is divided into two subtypes: MSA-P type and MSA-C type. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are still unclear, and there is no targeted treatment in modern medicine. The syndrome differentiation treatment of this disease in the medicine of the motherland is not exactly the same, but it can effectively alleviate its symptoms.
