燃用准东高碱煤超超临界机组灵活性改造锅炉摸底试验综述
A Review of the Initial Test of Boiler Flexibility Modification for a Zhundong High-Alkali Coal-Fired Ultra-Supercritical Unit
【摘要】 某燃用准东高碱煤超超临界机组为实现20%Pe深度调峰目标,在灵活性改造前进行了锅炉低负荷下燃烧器稳燃能力摸底试验、低负荷下水动力安全性问题摸底试验、低负荷下脱硝系统的投运问题摸底试验,探究为实现深度调峰负荷目标下限20%Pe时存在的瓶颈,并依据试验结果提出对应性的改造技术方案。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the target of 20% Pe deep peak shaving of a Zhundong high-alkali coal-fired ultra-supercritical unit. The initial test of burner stable-combustion ability, the hydrodynamic safety issues and the operation issues of denitration system under low load were carried out so as to explore the lower limit of the deep peak load target of 20% Pe before the flexibility modification and put forward the corresponding modification technical scheme based on the test result.
