【摘要】 目的 探讨线上有氧联合抗阻运动对单纯性肥胖儿童生理机能和运动素质的影响。方法 招募保定市儿童医院9~10岁单纯性肥胖儿童并进行12周线上有氧联合抗阻运动干预,每周5次。比较干预前后体脂百分比(BF%)、体脂肪(BF)、肌肉量(Mm)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)、静息心率(RHR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),血浆总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量,1 min仰卧起坐(1 MS-U)、握力右(GSR)、坐位体前屈(SBBF)、立定跳远(SLJ)指标的变化情况。结果 招募22例受试者,无中途脱落,最终22例纳入统计分析。干预前与干预后,BF%分别为(27.75±2.83)和(25.97±2.07),BF分别为(14.25±1.88)和(12.74±1.57)kg, Mm分别为(31.60±4.38)和(32.80±4.83)kg, VFA分别为(116.68±6.82)和(113.71±7.01)cm2,前后差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。干预前与干预后RHR分别为(94.46±2.56)和(89.23±4.13)beat·min-1,SBP分别为(134.05±2.52)和(129.86±3.40)mmHg, DBP分别为(94.68±2.51)和(91.68±2.85)mmHg,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。干预前与干预后TC分别为(5.63±0.34)和(4.91±0.65)mmol·L-1,HDL分别为(0.88±0.10)和(1.03±0.16)mmol·L-1,LDL分别为(3.54±0.14)和(3.11±0.49)mmol·L-1,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。干预前与干预后,1 MS-U分别为(16.55±7.06)和(21.64±6.43)个,GSR分别为(13.37±3.02)和(14.39±2.77)kg, SBBF分别为(9.64±4.88)和(12.92±5.14)cm, SLJ分别为(108.45±6.49)和(112.14±6.28)cm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 12周线上有氧联合抗阻运动对单纯性肥胖儿童生理机能和运动素质具有促进作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of aerobic combined resistance exercise on physiological function and motor quality of children with simple obesity. Methods 9-10-year-old children with simple obesity in Baoding Children’s Hospital were recruited to undergo 12 weeks of online aerobic combined resistance exercise intervention five times a week. Compare the changes in percentage of body fat(BF%), body fat(BF), muscle mass(Mm), visceral fat area(VFA), resting heart rate(RHR), blood pressure systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), plasma total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), low-density lipoprotein(LDL) content, and physical fitness indicators such as 1 min sit-ups(1 MS-U), grip strength right( GSR) seated body bend forward( SBBF),standing long jump( SLJ) before and after intervention.Results Twenty-two subjects were recruited without dropping out midway,and 22 cases were finally included for statistical analysis. Before and after the intervention, the percentage of BF% were( 27. 75 ± 2. 83) and( 25. 97 ± 2. 07),BF were( 14. 25 ± 1. 88) and( 12. 74 ± 1. 57) kg; Mm were( 31. 60 ± 4. 38) and( 32. 80 ± 4. 83)kg,VFA were( 116. 68 ± 6. 82) and( 113. 71 ± 7. 01) cm2,respectively,with statistically significant differences between before and after( all P < 0. 01). RHR were( 94. 46 ± 2. 56) and( 89. 23 ± 4. 13) beat·min-1; SBP were( 134. 05 ± 2. 52) and( 129. 86 ± 3. 40) mm Hg,DBP were( 94. 68 ± 2. 51) and( 91. 68 ± 2. 85) mm Hg,respectively,the differences were statistically significant( all P < 0. 01). TC were( 5. 63 ± 0. 34) and( 4. 91 ± 0. 65)mmol· L-1; HDL were( 0. 88 ± 0. 10) and( 1. 03 ± 0. 16) mmol · L-1; LDL were( 3. 54 ± 0. 14) and( 3. 11 ± 0. 49) mmol·L-1,respectively; the differences were statistically significant( all P < 0. 01). 1 MS-U were( 16. 55 ± 7. 06) and( 21. 64 ± 6. 43) pcs; GSR were( 13. 37 ± 3. 02) and( 14. 39 ± 2. 77) kg,SBBF were( 9. 64 ± 4. 88) and( 12. 92 ± 5. 14) cm; SLJ were( 108. 45 ± 6. 49) and( 112. 14 ± 6. 28) cm,respectively,with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The 12-week online aerobic combined resistance exercise has a promotional effect on the physiological function and motor quality of children with simple obesity.
