【摘要】 目的 探究来曲唑片联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者的临床疗效。方法 将就诊于本院的PCOS患者，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗；试验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合来曲唑片治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、血清中抗缪勒管激素（AMH）、人体抑制素B（INHB）、血清丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制药（Vaspin）水平、卵巢功能[促卵泡激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）水平]以及来月经的次数，监测药物不良反应发生情况。结果 对照组和试验组最终各入组40例患者。治疗后，试验组和对照组AMH水平分别为（3.98±0.83）和（5.38±1.03）ng·mL^-1,INHB水平分别为（101.40±1.78）和（107.43±1.55）pg·mL^-1,Vaspin水平为（204.28±1.45）和（220.05±1.15）ng·mL^-1,FSH水平分别为（3.25±1.26）和（4.28±2.36）U·L^-1,LH的水平分别为（7.81±1.23）和（8.34±1.58）U·L^-1,月经次数分别为（1.74±0.76）和（2.80±0.92）次，排卵期卵巢体积分别为（7.38±0.93）和（9.00±0.64）mm³,子宫内膜厚度分别为（10.23±0.89）和（6.35±0.95）mm。试验组上述指标与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）;试验组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为7.50%和10.00%,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%和67.50%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 来曲唑片联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS患者能够降低患者AMH、INHB、Vaspin水平，改善卵巢功能，提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of letrozole tablets combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.Methods PCOS patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with oral ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets;the treatment group was treated with letrozole tablets on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,serum levels of anti-Müllerian hormone （AMH）,inhibin B （INHB）,Vaspin,ovarian function[levels of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）and luteinizing hormone （LH）]and the number of menstruation in the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was also monitored.Results Forty patients were enrolled in the final control group and the treatment group respectively.After treatment,the levels of AMH in treatment group and control group were （3.98±0.83） and （5.38±1.03） ng·m L^-1,respectively;the levels of INHB were （101.40±1.78）and （107.43±1.55） pg·m L^-1,respectively;the levels of vaspin were （204.28±1.45） and （220.05±1.15）ng·m L^-1,respectively;the FSH levels were （3.25±1.26） and （4.28±2.36） U·m L^-1,respectively;the LH levels were （7.81±1.23） and （8.34±1.58） U·m L^-1respectively;the number of menstruation was （1.74±0.76）and （2.80±0.92）,respectively;the ovarian volumes were （7.38±0.93） and （9.00±0.64） mm³,respectively;the endometrial thickness were （10.23±0.89） and （6.35±0.95） mm,respectively;the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05）.The total incidences of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group and control group were7.50%and 10.00%,without statistical difference （P>0.05）.The total effective rates of the test group and control group were 90.00%and 67.50%,the difference were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The combination of letrozole tablets and ethinylestradiol cycloproterone tablets can reduce the levels of AMH,INHB and Vaspin in patients with PCOS,improve the ovarian function and enhance the clinical efficacy.更多还原
