【摘要】 国家儿童医学中心是我国儿科医学发展和儿童医疗卫生服务的引领者。复旦大学附属儿科医院以国家儿童医学中心功能定位为依据，以服务儿童就医需求为导向，以有效统筹和整合儿童专科医疗资源为目标，充分发挥临床重点专科优势，创新工作机制，积极推动新生儿、肾脏、消化、临床遗传等儿科亚专科联盟建设，构建覆盖全国、沟通顺畅的工作网络；在促进我国重大儿科疾病救治能力提升、推进临床研究和成果转化、打造人才交流培训基地、持续完善儿童健康服务网络体系、引领和带动全国儿科医学发展等方面取得显著成效，为国家医学中心和国家区域医疗中心高质量发展提供了创新思路和有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The National Children’s Medical Center is a leader in the development of pediatric medicine and children’s medical and health services.Based on the functional positioning of the National Children’s Medical Center, guided by serving children’s medical needs and aiming to effectively coordinate and integrate children’s specialized medical resources, the Pediatric Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University gives full play to the advantages of key clinical specialties, innovates the working mechanism, and actively promotes the construction of pediatric sub-specialty alliances in neonatology, kidney, digestion, clinical genetics, etc.A working network covering the whole country with smooth communication has been established.Remarkable achievements have been made in promoting the treatment capacity of major pediatric diseases, clinical research and achievement transformation, building talent exchange and training bases, continuously improving the children’s health service network system, and leading and driving the development of pediatric medicine in China, which provides innovative ideas and beneficial references for the high-quality development of national medical centers and regional medical centers in China.更多还原
