结直肠癌干细胞耐药性相关信号通路研究进展

【摘要】 结直肠癌是世界三大肿瘤之一,化疗是晚期结肠癌治疗的重要手段。结直肠癌的临床治疗中,结直肠癌细胞获得化疗抵抗性是导致化疗失败、癌症进展和死亡的主要因素。而肿瘤干细胞引起的耐药性是化疗失败进而引起转移、复发和死亡的主要因素。但传统的治疗方法并不能完全消除肿瘤干细胞,由于结肠癌干细胞的生长依赖于多种信号通路的相互作用,因此靶向结肠癌干细胞耐药性相关信号通路将成为未来结肠癌治疗的重要研究方向。本文就结直肠癌干细胞耐药性相关的信号通路及抑制剂进行综述,以期为结直肠癌的治疗提供参考。

【Abstract】 Colorectal cancer is one of the three most common tumors in the world, and chemotherapy is an important treatment for advanced colorectal cancer. The acquired resistance of colorectal cancer cells to chemotherapy is the main factor that causes chemotherapy failure and leads to cancer progression and death. The drug resistance caused by tumor stem cells is the main factor that causes the chemotherapy failure, which leads to metastasis, recurrence and death. However, traditional treatment methods cannot completely eliminate the tumor stem cells. Since the growth of colon cancer stem cells depends on the interaction of multiple signaling pathways, targeting the resistance-related signaling pathways of colon cancer stem cells will become an important research direction in the future treatment of colorectal cancer. This article reviews the signaling pathways and the inhibitors related to stem cell drug resistance in colorectal cancer, in order to provide reference for the treatment of colorectal cancer.
