【摘要】 无针注射(NFI)具有创伤小、安全性高、误工期短、无针头恐惧及无针头污染等优点。研究表明，无针注射系统不仅可用于药物透皮递送，还可用于皮肤年轻化治疗，在皮肤科具有良好的应用前景。目前NFI的应用存在设备多样、缺乏治疗标准等问题而限制了其临床应用。本文就NFI的发展进程、作用机制及在皮肤科领域中的应用研究进展做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Needle-free injection(NFI) has the advantages of minimal invasiveness, high safety, quick recovery, needle-free fear and no needle contamination. A number of studies have shown that needle-free injection system can not only be used for drug transdermal delivery, but also for skin rejuvenation treatment, which has a good application prospect in dermatology. However, the clinical application of NFI is limited due to the lack of various devices and treatment standards.
