虚拟仿真实验“糖尿病模型制备和降糖药作用研究”的自主设计与开发

【摘要】 “糖尿病模型制备和降糖药作用研究”的实验模型制备复杂,药物研究周期长,动物消耗量大。虚拟仿真实验因其内容的科学性、操作的直观性以及经济实用性的特点,能够有效补充药理学理论和实验教学中的不足。本仿真实验采用Unity3D软件进行开发,从糖尿病实验动物模型的制备过程和降糖药作用效果的研究过程进行操作设计,应用计算和提问方式要求操作者进行数据分析和实时互动,从而解决了由于教学资源有限学生难以亲身参与、实验动物消耗过大和教学时间有限而难以全面呈现实验全部内容的问题,也拓展了实验的深度和广度,促进了实验教学效果和学生实验能力的提高。

【Abstract】 In the study on the preparation of diabetes animal model preparation and hypoglycemic drug effect research, the experimental model preparation is complicated, the drug research period is long, and the animal consumption is large. Due to scientific content, intuitive operation and economical practicability, virtual simulation experiments can be used as an efficient supplementary tool for pharmacology theoretical teaching and practical experiment teaching. The simulation experiment was developed using Unity3D software, and the operation design was carried out from the preparation process of diabetes experimental animal model and the research process of hypoglycemic drug effect. The operator is required to conduct data analysis and real-time reply by using calculation and questioning methods. This software not only solves the problems that students cannot participate in the experiment in person due to limited teaching resources, excessive consumption of experimental animals and limited teaching time, but also expands the depth and breadth of the experiment, and promotes the improvement of experimental teaching effect and students′ experimental ability.
