【摘要】 新型农业经营主体是推动农村产业融合、推进农业农村现代化、促进乡村振兴的重要抓手。本文将新型农业经营主体参与产业融合的形式分为产业链延伸型、内部融合型、多功能拓展型、技术渗透型4种，利用全国农村固定观察点2017～2018年2983个调查数据，研究了新型农业经营主体参与产业融合对其收入的影响。研究发现，新型农业经营主体参与产业融合能够显著提升其收入，产业链延伸型、技术渗透型融合的增收效应尤为显著，且二者存在协同效应。机制分析表明，参与产业链延伸型和技术渗透型融合不仅有助于提升新型农业经营主体农业经营性收入和资产水平，而且有助于提升其转移性收入。此外，新型农业经营主体参与产业融合的增收效应在主体类型、经营类型、负责人能力和地区层面均表现出异质性。本文的研究结论丰富了产业融合促进增收的相关研究，也为探索新型农业经营主体提质增效、全面推进中国式农业农村现代化提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new type of agricultural operating entity is an important starting point to promote the integration of rural industries, promote agricultural and rural modernization, and promote rural revitalization. Based on the 2983 survey data from fixed observation points in rural areas across the country from 2017 to 2018, this paper divides the participation of new agricultural operating entities in industrial integration into four types:industrial chain extension type, internal integration type, multi-functional expansion type, and technology penetration type, and then studies the impact of new agricultural operators’ participation in industrial integration on their income. The study finds that the participation of new agricultural operating entities in industrial integration can significantly increase their income, among which the income increase effects of industrial chain extension and technology penetration integration is more significant, and there are synergies.Mechanism analysis shows that participating in the integration of industrial chain extension and technology penetration will not only help to improve the agricultural operational income and asset level of new agricultural operating entities, but also help to improve their transfer income. The income increasing effect of new agricultural operating entities participating in industrial integration shows heterogeneity in the subject type, operation type, responsible person’s ability and regional level. The research conclusion of this paper enriches the relevant research on industrial integration promoting income increase, and also provides reference for exploring new agricultural operating entities to improve quality and efficiency nationwide and comprehensively promoting the modernization of Chinese style agriculture and rural areas.更多还原
