耐热钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度关系研究

【摘要】 在电站锅炉用耐热钢的实际检验中,通常会将现场检测的里氏硬度值转换成布氏硬度值,然而现有的换算关系并未对不同材料作详细的区分,若使用统一的换算关系可能会造成较大误差。目前缺乏针对不同耐热钢的里氏硬度与布氏硬度相关关系研究。因此本研究提出针对5种耐热钢,即P91、P92、P22、12Cr1MoV和15CrMo钢进行不同的热处理,获得了从低到高不同的硬度,分别测试了布氏硬度和里氏硬度,并通过回归分析,建立了5种耐热钢的里氏硬度与布氏硬度的相关关系。

【Abstract】 In the actual inspection of power plant boiler heat resistant steels, the Leeb hardness value detected on site is usually converted into Brinell hardness value. However, the existed conversion relationship does not make a detailed distinction between different materials. If a unified conversion relationship is used, it may cause great error. However, there is rare research on the relationship between Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of different heat resistant steels. Thus, in present study, five heat resistant steels, i.e. P91, P92, P22, 12Cr1MoV and 15CrMo were heat treated to obtain different hardness, and the Brinell hardness and Leeb hardness were tested respectively. The conversion relationship between the two kinds of hardness was established through regression analysis.
