【Abstract】 Advance Care Planning provides an opportunity for patients at the end of life to express their wishes and preferences, help them participate in treatment decision-making, and reduce the decision-making burden of family members.This paper provides an overview of the development, importance and necessity, strategies, challenges and countermeasures of implementing Advance Care Planning among adolescents, and provides reference for clinical, communities and families to promote hospice care and Advance Care Planning in adolescents.更多还原
