【摘要】 喉癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤之一，中晚期喉癌的主要治疗方法为手术治疗，嗅觉障碍为术后常见的并发症，发病率高，且严重影响患者的生活质量。文章对喉癌术后患者嗅觉障碍发生原因、评估及康复训练方法进行综述，旨在提高临床工作者对嗅觉功能的认知和重视，为临床开展嗅觉康复提供参考，从而改善我国喉癌患者嗅觉功能和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laryngeal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in head and neck. The main treatment method for middle-advanced laryngeal cancer is surgery. Olfactory disorder is a common postoperative complication with high incidence and serious impact on patients’ quality of life. This article reviews the causes of olfactory disorder, olfactory assessment and rehabilitation training methods in patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery. The objective of this article is to improve the awareness and attention of physicians to olfactory function, and provide reference for clinical olfactory rehabilitation. It is hoped that the olfactory function and quality of life of laryngeal cancer patients in China will be improved.更多还原
