【摘要】 目的 ：构建母乳喂养护理质量评价指标体系，为评价母乳喂养护理质量提供依据，以提高我国纯母乳喂养率。方法 ：以Donabedian的“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构模型为理论基础，通过文献检索、德尔菲专家函询、层次分析法构建母乳喂养护理质量评价指标体系。结果 ：两轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为93.94%、100.00%，专家权威系数均为0.964，第二轮专家函询二级、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.147、0.152（均P<0.01），最终构建的母乳喂养护理质量评价指标体系包含3项一级指标、11项二级指标、59项三级指标。结论 ：本研究构建的母乳喂养护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的可靠性、科学性、全面性及实用性，有利于母乳喂养护理质量的改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the evaluation index system for breastfeeding nursing quality to provide basis for further improvement of pure breastfeeding rate in China. Methods: Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model including structure, process and outcome proposed by Donabedian, a American scholar, the evaluation system for breastfeeding nursing quality was built through literature retrieval, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. Results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 93.94% and 100.00%, respectively, with the expert authority coefficient being 0.964. The Kendall harmony coefficients of the secondary and tertiary indicators of the second round were 0.147 and 0.152, respectively(P<0.01). The final evaluation index system of breastfeeding nursing quality included 3 primary indicators, 11 secondary indicators and 59 tertiary indicators. Conclusion: The evaluation index system of breastfeeding nursing quality constructed in this study has demonstrated high reliability, scientificity, comprehensiveness and practicability,which is conducive to better breastfeeding nursing quality.更多还原
