络合型自修复功能材料配制及评价方法对比研究
Preparation of complexing self-healing functional materials and comparative study of methods for evaluating their healing effect
【摘要】 以络合结晶材料、膨胀材料、促进材料和离子吸附材料等为基础配制了数种混凝土裂缝快速自修复功能材料。研究了荷载损伤恢复、表面裂缝愈合和相对渗水系数等评价方法的优劣,对比了自配材料、进口材料和基准材料的裂缝修复效果,并分析了自配材料的自愈合机理。结果表明,相对渗水系数为最合适的裂缝恢复程度评价方法,在泡水养护下以有机膦酸盐F3和土类膨胀剂E3为主配制的材料通过膨胀、迁移、络合、结晶等作用对宽度0.2~0.5mm的裂缝有最好的修复效果,裂缝区的修复生成物以聚集在一起的小尺寸球形CaCO3为主,硅酸钙凝胶和钙矾石为辅。
【Abstract】 Several kinds of rapid self-healing material for concrete cracks were prepared by using complexing crystalline material,expansive material,accelerating material and ion adsorption material.The pros and cons of methods for evaluating loaded damage recovery,surface cracking healing and relative permeability coefficient were studied.The self-healing effect of self-made materials,imported materials and reference materials for crack healing was compared and the autogenous selfhealing mechanism of self-made materials was analyzed.The results show that the relative permeability coefficient is the most suitable method to evaluate the self-healing level.The material made up of mainly organic phosphonate,F3,and soil expansive agent,E3,shows the best self-healing effect through the action of expansion,migration,complexing and crystallization in cracks of width between 0.2-0.5 mm when it is being cured in water.The healing product in the cracking zone is mainly small aggregated spherical CaCO3with calcium silicate gel and ettringite as auxiliary.
