丙乳改性硅粉砂浆力学特性和黏结性能试验研究
Experimental study on mechanical properties and bonding properties of acrylic emulsion modified silica mortar
【摘要】 为探明聚合物改性硅粉砂浆的修复特性,通过开展不同掺量丙乳(10%、20%和30%)和硅粉(5%和10%)对砂浆抗压、劈裂抗拉力学特性及其直接拉伸黏结和弯曲黏结性能研究,为混凝土表面高性能修复材料的应用提供基础。结果表明,掺加丙乳和硅粉可以有效提高砂浆的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,丙乳掺量为30%、硅粉掺量10%时,试件28 d抗压和劈拉强度较之空白样分别提高了15.24%和46.90%;掺加硅粉和丙乳还可以有效改善砂浆的黏结强度,以丙乳净浆为黏结剂的修复砂浆直接拉伸黏结强度和弯曲黏结强度分别可达3.3~4.2 MPa和7.5~11.4 MPa。丙乳改性硅粉砂浆具有优良的抗拉和黏结性能,可以作为混凝土特别是水工混凝土理想的修复材料。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the repair characteristics of polymer modified silica powder mortar, an experimental study was conducted on the compressive, splitting and tensile properties of mortar mixed with acrylic emulsion(10%, 20% and 30%) and silica powder(5% and 10%) and its direct tensile bonding and bending bonding properties so as to provide a basis for the application of high-performance repair materials on concrete surface. The results show that, the addition of acrylic emulsion and silica powder can effectively improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of mortar. When the addition of acrylic emulsion is 30% and the addition of silica powder is 10%, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of specimens at 28 d are increased by 15.24% and 46.90% respectively when compared with control samples. The addition of silicone powder and acrylic emulsion can effectively improve the bonding strength of mortar. The direct tensile bonding strength and flexural bonding strength of repair mortar using acrylic emulsion as the binder can reach 3.3-4.2 MPa and 7.5-11.4 MPa,respectively. Acrylic emulsion modified silica mortar has excellent tensile and bonding properties and can be used as an ideal repair material for concrete, especially hydraulic concrete.
