工程训练课程思政教学的探索与实践

【摘要】 为培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，实现全员育人、全方位育人和全过程育人，解决课程思政教学中存在学习方式被动化、教学方式理论化、育人成效表面化等问题，在工程训练课程思政教学中，以“思政融入实践、劳动渗入训练”为核心，以红色主题-皮影技艺-激光加工多学科交叉融合训练项目为途径，进行工程训练课程思政的探索与实践，寓价值于训练，贯穿劳动、知识、能力培养于一体，实现知识向能力的转化、工程素质培养、价值品格塑造和劳动教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to train new people of the times to take on the task of national rejuvenation, to realize all staff education,all-round education, and whole process education, to solve the problems of passive learning methods, theoretical teaching methods,and superficial educational results, the engineering practice politics teaching in engineering training curriculum politics is practiced and explored. The teaching mode focuses on "ideological and political integration into practice, and labor infiltration into training".Through the Red theme-Shadow Play Skills-Laser Processing multidisciplinary cross integration training project, the training integration in labor, knowledge, ability is educated.
