医学院校二级学院“三全育人”研究与实践——以川北医学院基础医学与法医学院为例

【摘要】 医学教育作涉及医疗和教育两个重大民生问题，承担着维护人类健康和培养医药卫生人才的重要使命。实施“三全育人”工作是医学院校落实立德树人根本任务和推进医学教育改革客观要求与重要举措。二级学院作为高校教学科研育人基层单位，是“三全育人”的重要平台和主要抓手，是贯彻“三全育人”教育理念的第一战线和实施科学教育与仁爱教育的前沿阵地。该文以川北医学院基础医学与法医学院为例，分析二级学院“三全育人”的存在困境，探索实施“三全育人”新模式，提出“三全育人”教育具体路径，构建全员、全方位、全过程的人才培养体系，促进二级学院管理水平和育人格局健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical education involves two important issues of people’s livelihood: medical treatment and education. It undertakes the important mission of maintaining human health and cultivating medical and health talents. It is the fundamental task of morality education and the objective requirement and important measure of promoting the reform of medical education to carry out "Threewide Education" in medical colleges. As the basic unit of teaching, scientific research and education in colleges, the secondary college is the important platform and main hand of "Three-wide Education", which is the first front to carry out the educational concept of "Three-wide Education" and to implement scientific education and benevolent education. Taking the College of Basic Medical and Forensic in North Sichuan Medical College as an example, this paper analyzes the dilemma of "Three-wide Education" in secondary colleges, and explores a new model of "Three-wide Education", puts forward the specific path of "Three-wide Education", constructs a personnel training system of all-staff, all-round and all-process, which promotes the healthy development of the management level and education pattern of the second-level colleges.更多还原
