基于OBE理念的环境工程研究生创新能力培养模式构建及实践

【摘要】 面向环境工程研究生创新能力培养的巨大需求,OBE理念是创新人才培养的有效途径。以东华大学环境学院为例,在研究生培养过程中有机融入“环境工程动态发展观”内容,构建以“复杂工程问题-关键科学问题-创新解决思路”创新能力强化为目标的培养体系,形成“行业需求-创新模式-培养体系”相互支撑的三维联动科教融合人才培养模式,推动纺织行业污染治理专业人才的可持续产出,实现“科研道德观”与“价值观”并重的创新人才培养,为面向生态文明建设的纺织行业污染治理人才培养提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Facing the demand for the cultivation of innovative ability of environmental engineering graduate students, the concept of OBE is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents. Taking the School of Environment in Donghua University as an example,we organically integrate the content of "dynamic development concept of environmental engineering" in the process of graduate training, construct a training system aiming at strengthening the innovation ability of "complex engineering problems-key scientific problems-innovative solutions". It forms a three-dimensional joint science and education integration talent training model supported by "industry demand-innovation model-training system". The purpose of this study is promote the sustainable output of pollution control professionals in the textile industry, and realizes the cultivation of innovative talents with equal emphasis on "scientific research ethics" and "values". It provides a reference for the cultivation of pollution control talents in the textile industry for the construction of ecological civilization.
