时代新人视域下大学生生涯规划能力提升研究

【摘要】 生涯教育是人才培养的重要组成部分,大学生生涯规划能力直接决定大学生个人价值和社会价值实现的水平,影响其为实现中华民族伟大复兴所做贡献的大小。大学生生涯规划能力主要由生涯意识的唤醒、认识自我、认识环境、生涯决策、制定方案、执行规划和反馈修正七个方面构成,生涯规划能力的提升有助于激励大学生树立远大理想,有利于推动大学生练就实干本领,有益于助力大学生强化时代担当。近年来,虽然高校在普及性生涯教育领域取得一定的进展,但大学生生涯规划能力的培养仍有较多不足,高校应从提高政治站位、丰富工作内涵、加强队伍建设、打造生涯金课、拓展实践平台、强化生涯咨询和实施动态反馈七个方面优化生涯教育,切实提升大学生生涯规划能力,助力大学生成长为有理想、有本领、有担当的时代青年。

【Abstract】 Career education is an important component of the talent cultivation. The career planning ability of the university students directly determines the realization level of their personal and social values, and affects their contributions to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The career planning ability of university students mainly consists of seven aspects: awakening career awareness, understanding oneself, recognizing the environment, making career decisions, formulating plans, executing plans, and providing feedback and correction. The improvement of career planning ability can help to motivate university students to establish lofty ideals, promote them to develop practical skills, and strengthen the responsibility of the times. Although universities have made some progress on universal career education in recent years, there are many shortcomings in cultivating university students’ career planning abilities. Colleges and universities should optimize career education from seven aspects, including improving political stance,enriching work content, developing team building, constructing career gold courses, expanding practical platforms, strengthening career counseling, and implementing dynamic feedback, to enhance the university students’ career planning abilities and help them to grow into times youth with ideals, skills and responsibilities.
