新工科背景下创新创业“兴、产、教、赛、创”五位一体教育模式研究

【摘要】 培养新工科创新创业人才是当前高校面临的紧迫任务，通过对高校创新创业人才培养工作进行分析，提出新工科背景下大学生创新创业“兴、产、教、赛、创”五位一体的教育模式。“兴”为引领，“创”是核心目标，“产”是催化器，“教”是本原，“赛”则是联接兴、产、教、创四者的纽带，推动“兴、产、教、赛、创”五要素的充分融合，从而培养理论基础扎实、实践创新能力突出、视野宽广的创新型人才，实现创新创业人才供给和国家经济发展的全方面对应。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an urgent task for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new engineering.Through the analysis of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward on the five-in-one education mode of "flourishment, generation, education, competition and innovation" for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of new engineering. "Flourishment" is the guide, "Innovation" is the essential target, "generation" is the catalyst, "education" is the foundation, and "competition" links up the communications with flourishment,generation, education and innovation. It promotes the sufficiency integration of the five elements of "flourishment, generation,education, competition and innovation". This education model is helpful to cultivate innovative talents with firm theoretical foundation,outstanding practical innovation ability and broad vision.
