实践导向的教育硕士职前职后一体化培养探索

【摘要】 在深化新时代教师队伍建设改革过程中,按教育硕士实践能力培养的背景要求,依然存在解决中小学教育领域实际问题的专业实践能力不足的突出问题,教育硕士实践能力培养存在以职前职后一体化为主要路径,目标导向、实践取向、统筹导向和专业取向等趋势。研究目的在于探索教育硕士人才培养创新路径,采用行动研究范式,主要研究过程是针对教育硕士实践能力培养存在的培养目标、实践教学课程体系、实践教学及管理、实践导师队伍和流程等方面问题及原因梳理,研究结果重点开展实践导向的教育硕士人才培养路径探索。主要研究结论为以H师范大学为例,分析实践导向的教育硕士职前职后一体化培养探索的主要做法,包括聚焦一体化的培养目标,突出一体化的实践教学体系,强化一体化统筹管理和推行一体化的师资队伍和培养流程。

【Abstract】 In the process of deepening the reform of teacher team construction in the new era, the background requirements for cultivating the practical ability of the master of education are addressed. In response to the prominent problem of insufficient professional practical ability to solve practical problems in the field of primary and secondary education, the cultivation of practical ability of the master of education has a trend of integrating pre service and post service as the main path, goal oriented, practical oriented, overall oriented, and professional oriented. The purpose of the research is to explore the innovative path of cultivating master of education talents. Using the action research paradigm, the main research process is to sort out the problems and reasons in the cultivation of master of education practical ability, such as the training objectives, practical teaching curriculum system, practical teaching and management, practical tutor team and process. The research results focus on the exploration of practice oriented cultivation path of master of education talents. The main research conclusion is to take H Normal University as an example to analyze the main practices of exploring the integration of pre service and post service training for practical oriented education master’s degree, including focusing on integrated training objectives, highlighting integrated practical teaching systems, strengthening integrated management, and promoting integrated teaching staff and training processes.
