中西医结合硕士教育拔尖创新人才培养探讨

【摘要】 高质量发展是“十四五”期间我国经济社会发展最鲜明的主题。对于中西医结合专业硕士研究生教育来说，高质量发展的标志是落实好立德树人的总要求，培养卓越医学人才。聚焦这一主题，要贯穿拔尖创新人才一体，突出政治引领和创新能力两翼，紧扣知识、能力和素质三个维度的培养目标，严控培养的四个环节，着力提升五种能力，最终产出六项成果，使培养的中西医结合硕士研究生成为卓越医师、中国特色社会主义事业的可靠接班人和合格建设者。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality development is the most distinctive theme of China’s economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. For education of graduate students majoring in integrated Western and Chinese medicine, the hallmark of high-quality development is to implement the general requirements of establishing morality and cultivating talents and to cultivate outstanding medical talents. Focusing on this theme, it is necessary to integrate top innovative talents, to highlight the two wings of political guidance and innovation ability, to closely follow three training objectives including knowledge, ability and quality, to strictly control four training links, to improve five abilities, and to finally produce six achievements, so that the trained graduate students majoring in integrated western and Chinese medicine can become outstanding doctors, reliable successors and qualified builders of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
