绿色“一带一路”倡议下涉外法治人才培养机制创新研究

【摘要】 目前我国涉外法治人才的培养与绿色“一带一路”倡议和国际新形势的发展要求之间还存在着较大的差距，涉外法治人才严重短缺，而且培养质量不高。因此，我们亟需从根本上解决我国涉外法治人才缺失和人才质量不高等重大问题。该文探讨在绿色“一带一路”倡议下我国涉外法治人才培养过程中面临的困境，分析我国绿色“一带一路”倡议下涉外法治人才的培养机制，提出做好绿色“一带一路”倡议下涉外法治人才培养机制的顶层设计、设置绿色“一带一路”相关课程和加强涉外法治实践课程等创新路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, there is still a big gap between the training of foreign-related legal talents in China and "Belt and Road" initiative and the development requirements of the new international situation. Therefore, it is urgent to fundamentally solve the major problems such as the lack of qualified personnel and the low quality of qualified personnel involved in the rule of law in China’s high-end internationalization. The paper analyzes the difficulties that faced by China’s training mechanism for the rule of law talents in foreign countries. It also analyzes the need for China to form a training mechanism for foreign-related legal talents, which is in line with the "Belt and Road" requirement. It also puts forward the innovative path of top level design, setting up the "Belt and Road" course and strengthening the rule of law practice course for foreign affairs under the initiative of "Belt and Road".更多还原
