基于OBE理念的课堂教学质量评估模式探究

【摘要】 以产出为导向的课堂教学质量评估目的是引导教师不断更新教学理念、优化课堂教学设计、调整课堂实施策略、提高课堂教学效果，推动以学生为中心的教育教学改革，实现以教为中心向以学为中心的教学转变，突出学生的主体地位，发挥教师的主导作用，打造高效性课堂。基于OBE教学理念的内涵，该文以数学与统计学院数学与应用数学专业22位教师的课堂教学为研究对象，从课堂教学设计、课堂教学实施和课堂教学效果三个维度，采用评教与评学相结合的形式，构建从课堂教学目标到学生学习产出的闭环课堂教学质量评估体系，不但注重教师的教学技能、教学模式和教学策略，而且更强调学生的学习体验和学习成效。评价结果不仅给出每位教师课堂教学质量的综合分值和相应的分类等级，而且指出教师课堂教学过程中存在的不足与改进的方向，以促进教学模式的持续改进和课堂教学质量的提升，发挥其在人才培养体系中的作用，实现新师范要求的人才培养目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of output-oriented classroom teaching quality assessment is to guide teachers to constantly update teaching ideas, optimize classroom teaching design, adjust classroom implementation strategies, and improve classroom teaching effects and promote student-centered teaching reform so as to realize the transformation from teaching-centered to learning-centered, give prominence to students’ dominant position, give play to teachers’ leading role and create efficient classes. Based on the connotation of OBE teaching concept, this paper takes the classroom teaching of 22 teachers from Department of Applied Chemistry as the research object, from three dimensions of classroom teaching design, classroom teaching implementation and classroom teaching effect, adopts the form of combining teaching evaluation with learning evaluation to construct a closed-loop classroom teaching quality evaluation system from classroom teaching objectives to students’ learning output, which not only pays attention to teachers’ teaching skills,teaching models and teaching strategies, but also more emphasizes students’ learning experience and learning effect. The evaluation results not only give the comprehensive score of each teacher’s classroom teaching quality and the corresponding evaluation grade, but also point out the shortcomings and improvement direction in the process of classroom teaching, so that it promotes the continuous improvement of teaching mode and the improvement of classroom teaching quality,give play to its role in talent training system, and achieve the talent training goals required by the new teacher training.更多还原
