高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室模式与机制探索

【摘要】 高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设对加强高校党的全面领导、抓好“双带头人”培育工程规范化、落实高校“为党育人”使命有重要意义。该文基于教育部首批全国高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设项目，创新“抓住1个关键点强化班子建设、抓准2个切入点强化内涵建设、抓牢4个发力点强化融促建设、抓实3个落脚点强化成效建设”的“1243-四抓四建”工作模式，健全“实虚结合拓空间、四个坚持把方向、四全双带强引领、支部共建强保障”高效运行机制，并概述工作室运行成效，以期为高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室提供可示范、可推广的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of Party branch secretary studios with "Double leaders" in colleges and universities is a strategic project for strengthening the overall leadership of the Party, standardizing the "Double leaders" cultivation, and implementing the mission of "cultivating talents for the Party". Based on the construction project of first teachers’ Party branch secretary studio with "double leader" of the Ministry of Education, this paper innovates a "1243-four strengthening and four construction" work mode,which is including grabbing one key point for strengthening the construction of branch team; grabbing two pitching-in points for strengthening the construction of connotation, grabbing four forcing points for strengthening the construction of integration and promotion, and grabbing three foothold points for strengthening the construction of work effects. This mode perfects efficient operation mechanism of real and virtual space extension, four strengthening to keep the direction, four wide "double leaders" to strengthen the guidance, and co-building of branches to strengthen the guarantee system. The operation results of this mode are also summarized. It is expected to provide a concrete mode that can benefit the construction of the teachers’ Party branch secretary studio with "double leader" in colleges and universities.更多还原
