【摘要】 在新一轮科技革命背景下，高质量培养研究生是研究生教育的重要课题。该文分析地方高校学术硕士研究生教育现实困境。基于AGIL理论和不唯论文视域，从培养方案、课程体系、导师遴选、教学模式和评价体系等维度，提出地方高校构建学术硕士研究生培养模式的方法。最后介绍佛山科学技术学院光学工程学术硕士研究生培养的成功案例，为其他地方高校提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality cultivation of graduate students is an important issue of postgraduate education under the background of the new scientific and technological revolution and "non-only papers". This paper analyzes the actual dilemmas of the academic master education in local universities. It further propose a method to build the cultivating models of the academic master in local universities from the dimensions of training program, curriculum system, tutor selection, teaching mode and evaluation system, etc.based on the AGIL theory and the view of "non-only papers". Finally, the paper introduces the successful training case of the academic master majored in optical engineering in Foshan University of Science and Technology, which provides a reference to other local universities.更多还原
