【摘要】 新工科建设背景下高等林业院校大学生创新能力的培养机制亟需转变，以满足林业相关行业对专业人才的迫切需求。以东北林业大学材料科学与工程学院为例，面向新工科的人才培养目标，构建由课程实验课、课程实习、创新项目训练、专业技能实训、学科竞赛、毕业实习和毕业论文多个模块组成的综合实践创新教育体系。依据实践创新教育体系，以产业需求为出发点，设置相应的实践课程、进行通识教育、技术教育和一线行业的实践教育，实行校企合作带薪实习，在实际工作环境中培养全员大学生的综合创新能力，并总结东北林业大学材料科学与工程学院全员大学生创新能力培养效果，为高等林业院校全员大学生创新实践能力的培养和提升提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of new engineering construction, the cultivation mechanism of innovation ability in forestry universities needs to change to meet the needs of forestry related industries for professional talents. Taking the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Northeast Forestry University as an example, facing the talent training goal of new engineering, a comprehensive practical and innovative education system consisting of multiple modules, such as curriculum experiment, curriculum practice, innovative project training, professional skills training, discipline competition, graduation practice and graduation thesis, has been constructed. According to the practice and innovation education system and taking the industrial demand as the starting point,we set up corresponding practice courses, carried out general education, technical education and practical education in the front-line industries, implemented school enterprise cooperation and paid practice, and cultivated the comprehensive innovation ability of all college students in the actual working environment. We also summarized the training effect of the innovation ability of all college students in the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Northeast Forestry University. The study provides help for the cultivation and promotion of innovation and practice ability of all college students in forestry colleges and universities.更多还原
