基于微格教学的新教师教学技能培训模式构建

【摘要】 针对高校大部分新教师缺乏基本的教学技能技巧，提出以微格教学为基础的新教师教学技能培训，给出一套详细的培训实施方案，旨在让新教师快速掌握一种课堂教学技能。四期的培训实践结果表明，该培训模式经过3天2晚紧凑而密集的训练，能够让新教师通过三次微课训练快速掌握BOPPPS模式课堂教学的基本技能，为新教师尽快融入大学教学提供有效的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the lack of basic teaching skills of most new teachers in colleges, the Teaching Development Center proposed a new teachers’ teaching skills training based on microteaching, and provided a detailed training implementation plan,aiming to enable new teachers to quickly master classroom teaching skills. The results of the four phases of training practice show that the training mode can enable new teachers to quickly master the basic skills of BOPPPS mode classroom teaching after three days and two nights of short and intensive training, and provide effective help for new teachers to integrate into university teaching as soon as possible.更多还原
