基于OBE理念的师范类人才培养质量评价体系与保障体系研究

【摘要】 人才是提高国民素质，实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要源泉和动力。科学合理的人才培养质量评价体系和保障体系，是高校人才培养质量的重要保证，也是各高校一直钻研的重要课题。该文以教育部师范类专业认证的OBE(Outcome Based Education)核心理念为指导，以河北师范大学生物科学专业人才培养质量评价体系和保障体系为例，阐述生物科学专业人才培养质量评价体系和保障体系的组成及运行机制。该文研究结果可为其他院校本科师范类生物科学专业人才培养质量评价体系和保障体系的构建提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talentsare the source and power for improving national qualities and realize great revitalization of Chinese nation.Scientific and reasonable Talents Training Quality Evaluation System(TTQES) and Guarantee System(TTQGS) are important guarantees for Talents Training Quality(TTQ) of higher education in China. TTQES and TTQGS are also important research topics for colleges and universities. In present study, we set forth the composition and operating mechanism of TTQES and TTQGS of Hebei Normal University Biological Sciences major. This paper is guided by the core ideas of Teacher Education Professional Programmatic Accreditation(TEPPA). The TTQES and TTQGS construction of Biological Sciences major of Hebei Normal University is used as a sample. This paper provides references for the construction of TTQES and TTQGS for Biological Sciences major of other normal universities.更多还原
