新农科背景下实践育人的价值、困境与出路——以西南大学为例

【摘要】 新农科建设背景下，实践育人工作摆在人才培养的重要位置。当前，涉农高校实践育人工作面临着系统不强、协同性不足、广度和深度不够及学生主体地位不突出等困境。西南大学通过系统构建新农科背景下“五维三核”实践育人体系，即将“思政教育”“劳动教育”“国际化育人”三个核心育人理念有机融入“三农认知实践”“课程实习实践”“专业实习实践”“三下乡社会实践”“特色活动实践”五个维度的实践环节，培养能担当中华民族伟大复兴重任的农科时代新人，为涉农高校提高人才培养质量提供有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the construction of new agricultural science, the work of practical education has placed an important position in personnel training. At present, the practical education work of agriculture-related universities is faced with difficulties such as weak system, lack of coordination, insufficient breadth and depth, and not prominent main status of students. The study takes Southwest University as an example,through the systematic construction of the "five dimensions and three cores" practical education system, the three core educational concepts of "ideological and political education", "labor education" and "international education" are organically integrated into the five dimensions of "cognition practice of agriculture, rural areas", "curriculum practice", "professional practice", "social practice of three rural areas" and "activity education practice".The aim of the study is to train new people in agricultural science who can take on the task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The paper can provide beneficial reference for improving the quality of talent training in agriculture-related colleges and universities.更多还原
