【摘要】 “金课”建设关乎行业特色高校人才培养质量的根本，具有重要意义。针对当前行业特色高校“金课”建设存在发展阶段进入“深水区”、政策落实遭遇“玻璃门”、实施主体呈现“倦态感”和参与主体步入“疲劳期”等现实问题，提出“学生本位”课程理念、“质量本位”课程目标、“生活本位”课程内容、“开放本位”课程实施和“发展本位”课程评价“五位一体”协调推进的建设理路。以西北工业大学为例，建议从畅通发展通道、健全政策保障机制、增强教师内生动力、调动学生参与积极性等举措来实质推动课程高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of "golden courses" is fundamental to the quality of talent training in colleges and universities with industry characteristics, and is of great significance. In view of the actual problems such as the development stage of the "golden course" construction in colleges and universities with industry characteristics entering the "deep water area", the policy implementation encounters a "glass door", the implementation subject shows a "fatigue state", and the participating subjects enter a "fatigue period". "Student-based" curriculum concept, "quality-based" curriculum objectives, "life-based" curriculum content, "open-based" curriculum implementation, "development-based" curriculum evaluation, "five-in-one" coordinated promotion construction rationale. Taking Northwestern Polytechnical University as an example, it is suggested to promote the high-quality development of courses through measures such as unblocking development channels, improving policy guarantee mechanisms, enhancing teachers’ endogenous motivation, and mobilizing students’ enthusiasm for participation.更多还原
