百年党史视域下教学团队建设实践路径与创新方法

【摘要】 教学团队是有机整合教学资源、推进教学改革的有效形式。对照习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话精神和百年党史经验，该文总结出在百年党史引领下运动生物化学教学团队建设的实践经验，从团队师生信念、团队科学发展格局、课程思政、教学内容与方法、教学资源建设、团队运行机制、团队建设的特色与创新等方面，探索百年党史视域下教学团队建设的实践路径与创新方法，这对学党史、悟思想，如何在党史学习引领中加强教学团队建设具有很好的参考价值与借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching team is an effective form to organically integrate teaching resources and promote teaching reform. Comparing with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech and the experience of centennial CPC History, the article summarizes the practical experience of building a sports biochemistry teaching team under the guidance of centennial CPC History. This paper explores the practical paths and innovative methods of teaching team building from the perspective of centennial CPC History in terms of methods, teaching resource construction, team operation mechanism, and team building characteristics and innovation.Strengthening the construction of teaching team in learning leadership has good reference value and reference effect.更多还原
