和谐研究生导学关系的构建路径探究

【摘要】 研究生导学关系贯穿研究生教育全过程，是影响研究生培养质量的重要因素。在分析当前研究生导学矛盾所反映出的异化形态和形成原因后，提出坚持导师师德为首要，把好导师“入口关”质量，强化导师立德树人意识和职责；构建师生相互促进的合作共赢机制，激发研究生的创新活力，引导研究生崇尚学术、追求卓越；完善师生评价与激励约束机制，形成师生协同共进、合力攻关的良好氛围，以期实现破解师生导学矛盾，建设和谐导学关系，推进研究生教育持续健康发展，提升研究生培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important factor of postgraduate cultivating quality, supervisor-postgraduate relationship runs through the entire process of postgraduate education. After analyzing the forms and causes of alienations reflected in current supervisor-postgraduate contradictions, means are proposed to build a harmonious supervisor-postgraduate relationship by resolving contradictions, and to improve the quality of graduate cultivation by promoting sustained and healthy development. We adhere to regarding supervisors’ ethics as the first priority, guarding good quality of the "entry gate" and strengthening the awareness and responsibility for cultivating virtues and educating people. We create a mutually promoting, cooperative and win-win mechanism to stimulates the innovative vitality of postgraduate students and thus to guide them to uphold academics and pursue excellence; improving evaluation, incentive and restraint mechanisms for supervisors and postgraduate students to cultivate a good atmosphere to synergize and tackle problems together.更多还原
