趋同与求异对研究生培养质量的影响研究

【摘要】 扩招形势下研究生培养质量的下降，是研究生培养各环节共同面临的难题，已成为近年来社会关注的焦点。着眼研究生自身的主观因素，该文对研究生在群体中的趋同现象与原因、研究生面临的求异需求进行深入分析，指出部分研究生的读研动机和人生观价值观在同辈群体中过于趋同、科研思维在学术群体中过于趋同、求异意识淡薄是影响研究生培养质量的重要原因，并对其对策提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the situation of enrollment expansion, the decline of cultivation quality of graduate students is a serious problem in all aspects of graduate education, which has become the focus of social attention in recent years. From the perspective of social psychology, focusing on graduate students themselves, this paper analyzes the convergence phenomenon of graduate students in the same generation group and its reasons, and the demand of seeking differences on them. It points out that some graduate students have too much convergence on graduate study motivation and outlook on life in the same generation group, too much convergence on research thought in academic group, and lack consciousness of seeking differences, which are the important reasons for affecting cultivation quality of graduate students. Finally, some suggestions for its countermeasures are put forward.更多还原
