茶叶生物化学专创融合课程建设研究

【摘要】 茶叶生物化学是茶学专业一门重要的专业基础课，其研究的深入与拓展在茶产业的可持续发展中发挥着重要作用。在全面深化高等学校创新创业教育改革背景下，根据茶学专业人才培养方案，以对学生思维培养、知识培养和能力培养为目标，拟通过转变教学思维、对教学内容进行优化、将“专创融合”典型案例引入课堂、改进教学方法、实践教学改革创新、建立多样化教学考核方式及提升教师创新创业教学能力等措施开展茶叶生物化学专创融合课程建设，以促进茶学专业知识与创新创业知识的耦合，从而培养学生的学习兴趣，调动学生学习的主观能动性，激发学生的创新精神，增强学生的创业意识，提升学生的创新创业能力，培养适应社会发展需求的高素质人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tea biochemistry is an important specialized basic course for tea specialty. The deepening and expansion of its research plays an important role in the sustainable development of tea industry. Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, combined with the talent training program of tea specialty, the integrated curriculum of specialty and innovation on Tea Biochemistry is planned to be constructed in order to cultivate student’s thinking, knowledge and ability. The curriculum construction will be carried out through changing teacher’s teaching thinking,optimizing teaching content, introducing typical cases of "integration of specialty and innovation" into the classroom, reforming practical teaching, establishing diversified teaching assessment methods and improving teacher’s innovative and entrepreneurial teaching ability. Then, these will promote the coupling of tea specialized knowledge and innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge in order to stimulate students’ learning interest, mobilize their learning initiative, cultivate their innovative spirit, strengthen their entrepreneurial awareness and improve their innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
