依托重点科技创新团队构建科研育人模式的探索与实践

【摘要】 科研育人是高校坚持立德树人,实现“三全育人”的重要组成部分和主要途径。重点科技创新团队汇聚学科领域的领军人才和学术骨干,是国家科技创新的主力军,处在高层次人才培养的最前沿,在科研育人方面具有天然优势。如何充分发挥重点科技创新团队的作用,构建适合重点科技创新团队的科研育人模式尤为重要。该文探索党支部和创新团队融合建设,构建协同指导体系,培养学生科研能力和团队协作意识等方面科研育人的规律,取得显著的科研育人成效,为高校创新团队开展科研育人工作提供有益借鉴。

【Abstract】 Scientific research education is an important part and main way of "three whole education" for colleges and universities to establish morality and cultivate people. The key scientific and technological innovation teams as the main force of national scientific and technological innovation have gathered leading talents and academic backbones in the discipline field, which are at the forefront of high-level talent training and has natural advantages in scientific research and education. How to give full play to the role of key scientific and technological innovation teams and build a scientific research education model is particularly important. This paper explores the laws of scientific research and education in the integration of Party branches and innovation teams,the construction of collaborative guidance system, and the cultivation of students’ scientific research ability together with team cooperation consciousness. It has achieved remarkable results in scientific research and education, which provides useful reference for the innovation team of colleges and universities.
