创新战略导向下化学类专业研究生科研创新能力培养

【摘要】 科技创新是创新驱动发展战略的中枢，作为科技创新重要的“人才引擎”，研究生教育肩负着培育创新型科技人才的重要使命，因此化学类研究生科研创新能力的培养备受瞩目。该文对研究生科研创新能力培养的现状与存在的问题进行分析与讨论，并提出从优化研究生培养体系、构建多学科交叉的培养环境、建立进退有序的研究生导师动态调整机制和完善研究生教育的激励与约束机制四个方面提高化学类研究生科研创新的水平与能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and technological innovation is the core of innovation driven development strategy, and graduate education shoulders the important task of cultivating innovative talents. Therefore, the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of chemical graduate students has attracted more and more researchers’ attention. This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of postgraduates’ scientific research and innovation ability, and discusses how to comprehensively improve the scientific research and innovation ability of chemical postgraduates by optimizing the postgraduates’ cultivation system, building a multidisciplinary cultivation environment, establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism of postgraduates’ tutors with orderly progress and retreat, and improving the incentive and restraint mechanism of postgraduates’ education.更多还原
