新林科建设背景下林学专业本科生专业认同感调查与分析

【摘要】 通过问卷调查3所农林高校551名林学专业本科生的专业认同感现状，利用SPSS软件对调查结果进行数据分析。结果发现，林学专业本科生整体专业认同感较低，个人兴趣、师资队伍、课程体系与就业保障是影响林学专业本科生专业认同感的主要因素。农林高校可通过采取注重宣传引导、优化师资队伍、完善课程体系、强化就业保障等措施，有效提升林学专业本科生专业认同感。更多还原

【Abstract】 The status quo of professional identity of 551 undergraduates majoring in forestry in 3 agriculture and forestry universities was investigated by questionnaire, and the data of survey results were analyzed by SPSS software. It is found that there are different degrees of problems in professional recognition, professional emotion, learning engagement and environmental satisfaction of undergraduate students majoring in agriculture and forestry. The factors affecting the professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in agriculture and forestry are analyzed from four dimensions of students, teachers, schools and society. Agricultural and forestry universities can effectively enhance the professional identity of agricultural and forestry undergraduates by paying attention to publicity and guidance, optimizing the teaching staff, perfecting the curriculum system and strengthening employment security.更多还原
