【摘要】 哈萨克斯坦地处“丝绸之路”经济带的重要位置，研究哈萨克斯坦食品安全标准管理体系，有助于在“一带一路”背景下促进中哈双边互利合作，并为中国消费者提供安全的进口食品创造有利条件。本文在文献检索的基础上通过定量和定性分析，对中哈食品贸易现状以及哈萨克斯坦食品安全标准管理体系的整体情况进行了分析。结果表明，哈萨克斯坦的食品安全标准管理体系具有自上而下和覆盖环节较全以及日益向国际通行规范发展的特点，同时欧亚经济联盟的相关准则是其不可分割的组成部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kazakhstan locates in the important position of the Silk Road Economic Belt. Studying food safety standard management system of Kazakhstan will help promote the mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Kazakhstan under the background of "the Belt and Road",and create favorable conditions for Chinese consumers to provide safe imported food. Based on the literature analysis,this paper analyzed the current situation of Sino-Kazakhstan food trade and the general situation of food safety standard management system in Kazakhstan through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. It was showed that Kazakhstan ’s food safety laws and regulations system had the characteristics of top-down,complete coverage and increasingly developing towards the internationally accepted norms,and the relevant norms of the Eurasian Economic Union were an inseparable part of it.更多还原
